Astrology for Self-Care • Aquarius Season

While Capricorn (Saturn) emphasizes authority and the limits of time and space, Aquarius (Uranus) compels us to break the rules. It invites us to think about the future, be progressive, and acknowledge diversity for the betterment of humanity. We are all bodies with unique backgrounds, privileges, needs, gifts, and personalities. Aquarius (& Uranus) invite us to break free, individualize, and be our authentic selves despite the pressures of social norms. 

This session is inspired by the 11th sign of the Zodiac, Aquarius, its ruling planet Uranus, and the current astro transits.  We'll be owning our differences, quirks, and uniqueness to Honor Our Truth for Community Care. We'll be integrating this into our nervous systems with a trauma-aware embodiment practice, including a celestial shamanic journey activating the 3rd eye and 9th chakra.
