our mission at

OF THE WILD

Of The Wild is on a mission to guide individuals on a journey of deep healing and self-reclamation. We offer a holistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy, weaving together traditional and experiential modalities to help clients move beyond surface-level coping and reconnect with their most authentic selves.

At its core, Of The Wild is about:

🌱 Healing at the Root – Engaging with the deeper, often unconscious layers of personal and generational experiences that shape patterns of suffering.

🌱 Returning to Wholeness – Supporting clients in reclaiming the parts of themselves that have adapted to early wounds, cultural conditioning, or relational trauma.

🌱 Inner Freedom & Expression – Creating a space where clients feel safe to rediscover their voice, desires, and innate resilience.

🌱 Integration of Mind, Body & Spirit – Offering psychotherapy alongside practices like yoga and astrology to nurture healing on multiple levels.

🌱 An Anti-Oppressive, Trauma-Informed, Culturally Sensitive, and Community Oriented Approach – Honoring the ways systemic influences, cultural narratives, and intergenerational trauma shape our experiences. Creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, socially conscious, and rooted in deep compassion.

🌱 Harmony and Connection to Nature – Recognizing the healing power of the natural world and fostering a deeper relationship with it. Encouraging clients to draw wisdom, grounding, and renewal from nature as an integral part of their healing journey

Ultimately, our mission at Of The Wild is to help people come home to themselves by fostering a compassionate, depth-oriented healing space where they can break free from old narratives and past traumas and embody their truest essence.
