My holistic and integrative approach creates a trauma-informed, embodied, compassionate, experiential, and depth-oriented space where we can engage with the deeper, often unconscious parts of yourself.

 

These are the parts that once adapted to unfavourable events, early life experiences, or systemic and cultural influences.

 

Together, we gently uncover and transform these layers, guiding you back to the authentic self that has always been within you—whole, resilient, and at home.

Psychodynamic/
Relational Therapy
A depth-oriented approach that helps uncover unconscious patterns, emotions, parts, and relational dynamics shaping your present experience. Within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship, it fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and more authentic, fulfilling connections with yourself and others.
Dialectical behaviour therapy
This approach combines CBT with mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies to help you develop healthier coping mechanisms and learn interpersonal skills, including communication and boundaries.
Somatic/YOGA-based Therapy
Explore the physiological impacts of anxiety, stress, and trauma by connecting with the body related to cultivating a sense of internal safety, agency and well-being. This approach may include yoga-based interventions.
Spiritually-Integrated THERAPY

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
