About the Event

[This event is FREE or by donation for MoonTime Sisters.]

The way we experience our first period is carried in our psyches and subconsciously influences all physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual passages in our life. The messages (or lack thereof) related to our cycle set the foundation for our identity, self-esteem, and relationship to the menstruating body. In this way, the Inner Maiden - or a younger version of ourselves - lives on within us for the rest of our lives.

In our process of healing and self-becoming, it is crucial to unearth the past and reclaim the experiences and stories related to our period. This is an essential component for connecting to your innate intelligence and claiming your power as a menstruator.

Many people consider Menarche - or the first period - to be a developmental rite of passage into womanhood. However, I believe you have the right to define what this rite of passage means to you because to be a menstruator does not necessarily mean to be a woman or identify as such. Our aim is to approach our cycle with curiosity, awareness, connection, inclusion, and self-respect.

It's never too late to heal the Inner Maiden or a younger version of yourself. Let's connect to our innate intelligence and claim our power as menstruators or [energetic] womb carriers.

In this virtual gathering, we will honour this rite of passage to heal the Inner Maiden with Menarche ceremony including journaling, community sharing, trauma-sensitive pelvic awareness meditation, and at-home suggestions.

Join for FREE or offer a donation (no judgments or questions asked!). All proceeds from this event will be given to MoonTime Sisters - "a collective of people who want to help young women in northern and remote communities throughout Saskatchewan and Ontario access menstrual products that they otherwise could not afford."

Participation and having cameras turned on are encouraged but optional. A receipt of the donation and a replay will be sent out to those who register!

(Full disclaimer: I invite you to join a paid program during this session for those who are ready and able to work with me in an extended capacity, but please know you’ll benefit from the session on its own! There is never any obligation to purchase from me and my intention is to always deliver a ton of value in my free offerings. I hope you’ll stick around for more practices and masterclasses that I keep creating for the entire community!)
